Cancellation & No-Show Policy (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact our business and prevent other clients from booking.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows (failure to arrive for an appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Appointments canceled after the scheduled start time are considered no-shows.
Fees will be charged to the card on file.
Late Arrivals:
Arriving late may result in a shortened service in order to respect the next client’s appointment.
If there is not enough time to complete the service, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
Emergency Exceptions:
True emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Luty Wax & Skincare.
Pricing & Payments:
All prices listed are subject to applicable sales tax.
We accept e-transfer, debit, and credit cards.
Gratuities are not included in service prices and are always appreciated but never expected.
Refunds & Returns:
Services: All services are final sale. No refunds will be issued for services rendered.
Retail Products: Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available for purchase online and do not expire.
They may be redeemed toward services or retail products in-studio.
Gift certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable.
Gratuities are not included in the value of gift certificates.
Service prices are subject to change without notice. If prices increase after a gift certificate is purchased, the client is responsible for paying the difference.
Any unused balance cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
Luty Wax & Skincare is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift certificates.
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.
Promotions & Coupons:
Any promotions or coupons must be presented prior to the start of service.
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively unless otherwise stated.
Studio Conduct:
Luty Wax & Skincare maintains a professional, respectful, and safe environment.
Any inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the appointment, and full payment will still be required.
Children & Guests:
For safety, comfort, and relaxation, children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the studio unless they are receiving a service and are accompanied by an adult.
Additional guests are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Privacy & Confidentiality:
All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Policy Agreement:
By booking an appointment with Luty Wax & Skincare, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all studio policies.
